Chad Thomas Power was born on January 30, 1984 in Ventura County, California. He is a childhood actor, and a young martial arts black belt, who starred in 3 Ninjas and 3 Ninjas Knuckle Up as the character named Michael Douglass, later nick-named Tum-Tum by his grandfather in the film, Mori Tanaka. He was the youngest child of the Douglass family in the movies. He started martial arts at a very young age and this is why he was chosen to play in the 3 Ninjas films.
