Biography[]
Lothar Zogg is one of the major antagonists in 3 Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain. He is the second hand man to Medusa, and is known to do all of her dirty work. He has a tendancy to hate kids, and often goes out of his way to ruin their day. He is an excellent strategist, shown early in the movie to be the head coordinator of the takeover of Mega Mountain.

In Mega Mountain, we see Lothar doing Medusa's bidding without question. He often does things without thinking, but is very good at ending up on top.
